The Essence of 414

414 Portal is a women-led wellness and creative collective devoted to intentional gathering, presence, and embodied connection.

Rooted in California and founded by two Latina women with family roots in Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Venezuela our work is shaped by intention, care, and steadiness. We were raised in lineages of hard work and devotion. 414 Portal was born from the desire to honor that strength while also creating space to soften.

We facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and immersive experiences through intentional movement, including yoga and Pilates, meditation, sound healing, and creative expression, offered in private homes, outdoor spaces, and partnered venues. Our gatherings are designed to meet people where they are physically, emotionally, and energetically.

We believe presence is powerful. We believe rest is not weakness. We believe women deserve spaces where their nervous systems can exhale.

414 Portal exists as a threshold, a space to pause, reconnect, and step forward with clarity. Whether beneath open skies, inside a home, or within a partnered space, each gathering is an invitation to come back to yourself.
