414 Portal is a women-led wellness and creative collective devoted to intentional gathering, presence, and embodied connection.
We facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and experiences through yoga, meditation, sound healing, and creative expression — offered in a variety of settings including private homes, outdoor spaces, and partnered venues. Our gatherings are designed to meet people where they are, both physically and energetically.
