Summer Bloom Portal — A Women’s Day Retreat

A Join 414 Portal for a nourishing one-day women’s retreat created as a space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Throughout the day, we will move through gentle yoga, guided meditation, sound healing, Reiki energy work, and a creative craft activity designed to tap into our inner child and ground. This gathering is intentionally designed to offer women a moment to step away from the pace of everyday life and soften into presence, rest, and community.

Our retreats are an intimate, supportive environment where women can reconnect with themselves and share space with others on a similar journey.
